Anyone who can assault attack and wrestle away a weapon from a male or female police officer, is an extreme danger to society.
Not just a threat mind you, but a predator. A sub human regardless of race.

Had this been a white, hispanic, asian, etc...and they attacked the officer and forcibly stole his weapon, the result would've been the same.
But I'm beginning to come to the educated conclusion that some races are too fucking smart to attack and forcibly steal a weapon from a male or female police officer.

That wasn't the plan as evidenced by the respect the cops CLEARLY afforded this violent predator animal.

Once the predator chose to attack police and fire a weapon at them, the plan quickly changed to legal return fire.

They are idiots. We need to completely rehaul the whole system.
You call 911. It’s a fire, roll fire trucks-EMT if needed. If fire marshal thinks arson plain clothes takes over.
Heart attack? EMTs.
Drug overdose? EMTs with cops watching but zero power to arrest for the drugs.
Significant Other beating? Trained spouse abuse personnel with cops only if ongoing violence no power to arrest for what happened before they got there. DA brought in by spouse abuse personnel for possible arrest which may or may not be done by cops.
Traffic violation for car violation (headlight and whatnot). You are pulled over. Cops stays in car. PA system only. Once ticket is issued to registered owner using license plate. Driver is told to carry on. Zero contact.
Moving violation- pulled over, no power to arrest for new violation like DUI but can take car for public Saftey for 12 hrs (no fee to driver)
