Does your employer make you pledge to disrespect?

Sports is back Muthah Fukkahs!
And so too does the protest
https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/29 ... ry-control
Why should your employer require you to pledge allegiance to something that does not respect you and your rights?
The National Anthem police are out of control indeed.

Buttfuck Bill is not very smart. He also knows nothing about respect. Why would he? He is a total degenerate who sucks cock and takes dicks up his asshole on Westheimer
It's very simple. If your employer requires you to stand for the national anthem, you stand for the national anthem. If do not wish to stand for the national anthem, you can quit your job.
Free country.

Sounds free to me, at least for the kelpocrates.
When the bailiff tells me to stand for the judge I do, when they say to do the pledge (as they do in many red counties) I never do, but then I’m not sheeple like pedokkkal.

A company is free to dictate certain behaviors as a condition for employment. Personally, I couldn't give even half a fukk. The NFL has been unwatchable for a number of years.

Teams require players (employees) to obey curfews and follow dress codes for travel and other public appearances.
Teams require them to do a whole lot of other things, too.
Shouldn't an employee have the right to stay out all night and wear whatever the hell he wants for travel?
Leave the players alone and let them do whatever the hell they want.
I mean, because they have rights and stuff.

Society has all kinds of rules. You don’t need a job to be subject to rules.
In this society we are also free to break those rules, disobey them, and face the consequences.
All of us do it all the time. Usually it is completely meaningless. And sometimes it is profound enough to change society.
The latter is very much about when and how. If someone is looking to change society it is better done from the pulpit with a full house.

Cruz responded to Cuban by asking his thoughts on the NBA's relationship with China and took a dig at Cuban by asking if his players could use "Free Hong Kong" on their jerseys.
And with that, Ted Cruz bodied Mark Cuban.
Mark juelzed his response. Hate it had to be him. But protest is not about flavors of the month.

Chinese money talks, protest bullshit walks. Marky Mark is trying to sneak semantics in there. That link is from May 2019 and talks about stocks, not freedom of speech.
Proof was baked into the pudding five months later with Daryl Morey not receiving NBA backup for his Hong Kong tweet -- (a tweet Forbes doesn't reproduce in their article below):
October 2019:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/doylerader ... 88941545dc
..."I think, right now, in terms of different teams doing different things in China—probably at different levels, to be honest with you—the Mavs have probably made more investment there. The Sixers also,” NBA China CEO Derek Chang said before the games last year. “So, we've got two teams this year coming over who have fully recognized what the opportunities might be there, which is great. It's helpful to us as NBA China because we are constantly working with the teams together to promote their brands, our brands. It's all kind of under one umbrella and anytime people get more support from your team, that's always a better thing.”
As Chang notes, Dallas’ investments in China go beyond the court. The Mavericks were the first NBA franchise to produce content specifically for its Chinese fans, creating a staff position to connect exclusively with fans through localized social media interaction on platforms such as Miaopai, WeChat and Weibo. Weibo is the Chinese version of Twitter, where the Mavericks claim to have over 800,000 followers and an average of 750,000 weekly impressions. Their outreach doesn’t stop there....
When Dallas decided to rebrand in 2018, it reached out directly to Chinese fans. Working closely with Tencent, which has now cut ties with the NBA, the Mavs held a contest to come up with a better translation of the word “Mavericks” in Mandarin. Fans chose three finalists and after over 100,000 votes, the Mavericks officially changed their Chinese nickname from “Little Cows” to contest winner 独行侠 (DúXíngXiá), or “Lone Ranger Heroes” in English.
“This is the beginning of a new chapter in the Mavericks’ long legacy in China,” Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said at the time. “With this Chinese name change, we’ve made history by giving our Chinese-speaking fans the opportunity to redefine our identity. I think that fans will be proud of this new name.”
Although they will not come out and say it, given the Mavericks investment in the Chinese market, the franchise is certainly feeling the effects of the current backlash. Every team is. NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, in the thick of the controversy at the NBA China 2019 Games, issued the league’s official response saying, in part, “the NBA will not put itself in a position of regulating what players, employees and team owners say or will not say on these issues.” That only angered the Chinese more.
Since then, a few players and coaches have weighed in on the situation, receiving mixed reactions and criticism. As for the Mavericks, no one is talking. The usually outspoken Cuban remains mum on the subject and did not respond to a request for comment. However, he did give a one-sentence statement to the Dallas Morning News saying, “I have never commented on the policies of a foreign country in my entire life and I’m not going to start now.”
Last year, 800 million people consumed NBA content in China. The quick, visceral retaliation to Morey’s pro-democracy sentiment wholly upended the NBA’s relationship with the government and its partners there. There were always potential ramifications to dealing with a totalitarian regime, but the league and its teams forged ahead regardless, wanting a foothold in the world’s second largest economy. Any continued partnership is now in question. Morey’s tweet proved that business with China is never business as usual.
Cuban is beholden to a foreign entity. Again, Cruz wins. Cuban can't come out and say he'd support any player wearing Free Hong Kong. In spite of Morey's tweet last year, anything to do with Hong Kong or Tibet are not on the approved list of things players can protest.
Who would have thought the Chinese would be the ones to ultimately hold Cuban's people's balls in a vise.

This is ridiculous and you know it. Allowing players to club it up all night before a game would negatively impact the team's performance the next day. Kneeling during then anthem does nothing to affect the team's performance. I don't know why you're supporting cancerous Trumpsters in their social warfare. You are fine if an employer restricts player movement but not if they prevent them from kneeling for the anthem. You are also fine if an employer restricts employees speech as long as the message you support isn’t restricted.

All of our employees are strongly on the side of Trump.
The medical administrative services employees all see how bad owebamacare has fucked up the medical industry and their pay.
So you have employees hanging on to obsolescence. Sucks for them, but sounds like you’re happy milking them.

On the cannabis shop side of things, every employee there understands that it was Trump that has taken the Feds out of the equation and while owebama was president, Feds still regularly raided licensed and legal dispensaries. Our business partners on the cannabis side has deeply ingrained that in to his staff
And you have brainwashed employees in the other biz. Aren’t you the picture of a cherry leader.

You have lost your mind. Looks like you need to take the Montreal Cognitive Assessment along with your president. Both of you can commiserate over how tough it is.
Anyway, telling players they can't club it up the night before the game or they'll sit the bench isn't "restricting player movement." Teams stay in hotels the night before games to do just that.

How in your life did you ever play any sort of high level of organized football? You blow my mind.
There's a huge difference between behavior that hurts your teammates and behavior that does not. Clubbing it up the night before the game, that hurts your teammates. Kneeling during the anthem hurts no one.
