In my work history I belonged to the Teamsters, IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) and NYSUT (NY State United Teacher's/AFL-CIO).As far as I know, no teaching jobs got sent to China or elsewhere.As a retired teacher, I have lifetime membership in NYSUT.

Union leaders are full of shit.

On this and most labor days unions come out and tell us the world is better because of their union. Never mind the fact these unions themselves continue to stifle worker’s choice. Unions continue to work against the “choices” of their members or potential members. They want forced union membership regardless of what the employee wants.

I guess this makes sense when less than 7% of private sector employees are union members but over 1/3rd of government workers are unionized.

It is long past time for a National right to work law that ends the forced union membership for all employees regardless of what state they live in.

No public employee should be able to unionize. The rest should not only be able to but should. It’s up to them to keep the bosses clean, fatty wants no unions because he is a klepto.
