This looks really good, thanks JSC.

Recipes are easy to find everywhere. I like to read about the science of cooking. Understanding how and why allows me to be a better cook.

Oh, yeah, I'm confident I've spent $20 in worse ways.

The whole point of the book is that a hamburger ISN’T simple. There are also videos if you want to watch him work.

So... it's basically the culinary equivalent of the science of jazz improvisation?

Aight. Maybe some of you gourmands could pick a recipe out and PET it. Best looking dish gets a jump in line for poty.
