He's a douche of great intensity. Obviously, "tremendous" was used literally (sup Screwy doesn't know what that word means), and "douche" was used colloquially.

I suppose I could have just gone with "He's not wrong. He's just Tom Cruise." Would have made the same point, possibly more succinctly.

My wife and I have a verbal code for a delivery that has been hidden. We tell each other Tom Cruise is here. That means the package is in the closet. Just like Tom Cruise.
