Reports I heard here in Colorado say the Cirrus pilot hit the Metroliner. The Cirrus lost it's tail and deployed the parachute. The Metroliner landed safely. despite the major damage.

Was there no cell phone coverage? Way too many people whose first thought was to gawk or take pictures or wait for someone else to make the first move. Not enough (not any) immediate calls to 911.
