Unfortunately he'll get probation and "community service." But we can hold out hope for a gesture by the judge to make an example for all would-be hate-crime hoaxers, and give the slimy commie/queer/jew/jogger a year in the slammer.

Will Biden and Harris and other prominent democrats who had messages of support and this clown walk those back now? I doubt it. Instead they will ignore this and pretend it never happened.
