This is a nothingburger.

Oregon still requires students to obtain credits in English math and science to graduate. All it does is suspend the standardized testing requirement in order to graduate. Given the number of students who were at home and or locked out of classrooms, there was no practical way to administer a standardized test.

There is plenty to criticize Oregon and their governor over, but this isn’t one of them.
