Sadly, this is still a step in the right direction from the previous mayor, who liked to frequently dine maskless while all his homeless constituents (majority being minorities, and a daily increasing number) were on the sidewalks laying in urine.

Interesting article. But much of what is discussed is socioeconomic. There is also the issue of language with some hispanic patients who don't speak English and are seeking treatment from an english speaking doctor.
