Glass Dick and all.
The solution is simple, withhold pay for today and any other day missed thru Friday.
If they don’t return by Monday, fire them all for job abandonment.

Unless that voucher is good for any school your idea doesn't have a chance in hell of working.
The private schools will simply hike the tuition for the same as the value of the voucher. They know the current parents have the money & are willing to depart with it (especially if it means their little darlings won't be subjected to the horrah of being exposed to non-white students).

Maybe that is how private schools work in your liberal enclaves.
Here there are certain public schools that are the highly coveted schools.

Well I know what I paid for mine. After renovations of our 1931 build, the taxable value is $367.
The range goes from $125K to about $1million.
In our previous master planned community in a Houston suburb our house was $250K. Prices there ranged from $150k to $1.5 million. Average price was in the $300K range.
In CO where our house is, far more people send their kids to private school. Home prices there average well over $1million.
