One of the more fascinating things is his claim that Dolphin owner S. Ross said he would give Flores $100,000 per loss (2019).
Lose on purpose in order to gain a higher draft position.

Don’t think we’ll be seeing him as a head coach again.
You probably weren't going to anyway. Props to him for blowing the whistle on the NFL.

Oh no, he's still on the short list for the Texans. Playing the race card means you can go nuclear against the league and still demand a job--sort of like Kaepernick, or the despicable Spike Lee character in Do The Right Thing, where he demands his full pay after helping burn down the pizzeria.

We shall see. Way to early to say one side is correct vs the other.
The guy wasn’t very successful as a coach. However, if his claim that the owner offered him cash to lose, then the owner should be forced to seek the team.

Huge Action (Hue Jackson) is making similar claims about being paid to tank...

He did a pretty good job, imo, given what he was working with.
A game below .500 and no playoff appearances says he wasn’t very good.

People might casually bottom line things without looking closer at the situation.
His teams improved both offensively and defensively from where they were with the previous regime (A. Gase) -- and his QBs for 3 years were R. Fitzpatrick and T. Tagovailoa.
He did a respectable job.

Says you. He did well enough to be considered for the Texans and Saints jobs.
Neither team is loaded. So his record in Miami is likely to be similar if he gets one of these jobs.

That cuts to the core of the issue.
The Rooney Rule was established with the intention being for black coaches to get more interviews, and hence be hired more often.
But Flores (and many others) see that black coaches are often brought in for interviews only because the Rooney Rule says they must be brought in.
They are token interviews where the black candidate is really under no serious consideration at all.
Fore example, FLores cites his experiences with the Giants and Broncos.
He claims that John Elway was hung over ( :) ), uninterested, and just going through the motions during his interview with Flores.
Of course Elway has issued a statement saying that is -----> false.

Yes “seek the team” says the guy wearing my typo for a decade.

Announced by the NFL today...
All teams must hire at least one minority offensive coach for the 2022 season.
It can be a female or a member of an ethnic or racial minority.
If a team hypothetically hired Bruce/Kaitlyn Jenner, would it be a female hire?
2022 is so damn confusing.
It was far better when white men ruled all, and ran roughshod over everything and everybody.
Peaceful times.

Let’s hope the USFL does better this time, because the NFL is going over the edge as far as being a cum-soaked liberal faggot league.

Perhaps the most buried fact in American--and elsewhere--history is the disproportionate degree of black homosexuality--"on the lowdown"--as well as incest, often at the same time..
