Big ups to the SWFWMD (SouthWest Florida Water Management District). Just spent the last month bouncing from one free campsite to the next- including one outside Brandon- Let’s Go Brandonits!
Beautiful properties, nice staff that you almost never see, easy to use website for sign ups and lots of wildlife. If you are ever looking to camp in Tampa/Orlando/Gainesville triangle look them up.
