What’s the point of giving them paraphernalia to use illegal drugs?
There are two paths that make some sort of sense.
Path 1, full-legalization of all controlled substances. If you really give a shit about the health of users, allow them to buy any of it, over the counter at CVS. WTF is the point of providing a crack pipe for the junkie’s safety, if they are gonna smack something laced with fentanyl and I’d?
Path 2,conduct an actual “war”. Let the DEA go scorched earf on drug dealers.
I think path 1 is best only because government can’t be trusted.
