Ms. Brown appears to be well qualified for the position.
However, I feel bad for her because of Biden's saying he would nominate a black female. Wouldn't she feel much better if he simply said he was going to nominate the most qualified person...and then named her? His idiotic comment takes away from her potential seat on the Court. It will leave people questioning her being the choice forever.
