So you're admitting that you know as much about criminal law as you do about competitive swimming....got it.schmick wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 6:51 pm That Texas National Guardsman, Bishop Evans, drowned trying to rescue should be charged with Bishop Evans murder on top of smuggling drugs.
When you break the law and that law breaking results in someone else's death, you are charged with their death.
In this case 2 people were breaking the law by attempting to break in to our country, their attempted break in directly resulted in Bishop Evans drowning. So on top of an attempted break in to our country and drug smuggling, these 2 deserve to be charged with the premeditated murder of Bishop Evans and since Texas has the Death Penalty these 2 should be given lethal injections. Preferably a lethal injection of all the fentanyl they were trying to smuggle in to the US but potassium chloride will do
He did no such thing you fatt fucking POS.
And you know that they were law breakers how?
Seriously? They were crossing the river from Mexico to the US. This is illegal.
The fact that they were crossing the border doesn't make it automatically illegal. Mix in a literacy class.Left Seater wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 12:46 amSeriously? They were crossing the river from Mexico to the US. This is illegal.
And what level of crime is that?schmick wrote: ↑Tue Apr 26, 2022 8:37 pm1. They were illegally trying to enter our country

If you are entering the U.S. through the Northern or Southern border, you must enter through an open Port of Entry staffed with CBP Officers.
There are currently no programs in place for individuals entering the U.S. by foot (i.e. backpackers, hikers, jogger's etc.) or air that exempts them from this entry requirement.
Failure to enter through an open staffed port is considered an illegal entry
One can only seek asylum from within the US borders, dumbshit.Left Seater wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 1:59 amDiego in Seattle wrote: ↑Wed Apr 27, 2022 1:55 am

Keep kicking your own ass here.
Misdemeanor or felony?
If you still want to put only one of those two labels on it, go find the info yourself. Or are you not capable of doing it yourself?(a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts
Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.
I can & did.
Glad you agree it is a crime and illegal.
