Charging those young men with sexual harassment belittles the concept of sexual harassment.

None of this is feminism or humanism. What it can be compared to, is those Asian students with FOB parents trying to destroy Affirmative Action because they can't see the forest for the trees.

The transgender student benefits from the battles of gays, blacks and white women,; the Asian students benefit from the battles of Native students, black students, and white women. - Kid's grandfather has a felony conviction, guns not allowed in the house anyway. Claims he never saw any guns...but the kid's peers have evidence of photos being texted.
- Grandfather says kid can't drive, never learned.
- Kid was arrested as a minor, twice.
- Kid was sleeping on a mattress on a floor.
- Argument with grandmother over his not having money, not paying phone bill
- Went to Applebee's for his birthday in middle of school day because kid wasn't in school
- Grandfather says he kept encouraging kid to go back to school
- Dad not in picture
- Major argument with mother, may or may not be related to one of arrests as a minor
- Grandfather says someone would have to have taught the kid to drive or shoot
