Knowing that specific area, the generally overcrowded conditions in S. Korea, and the character of Korean folks, I can understand how this happened.

Clearly it's time to ban Halloween. That holiday kills too many people especially when they weren't wearing masks.

SKs are extremely emotional--as opposed to the stoic Japanese. SKs supposedly don't even line up for standard purposes--buying tickets for a movie, etc. And of course the are curiously susceptible to the Christer cult. No other Asian nation has embraced the lunacy of monotheism with the vim and vigor of the SKs. And then there's the K-Pop....
In short, this incident typically associated with East Asians like the Pakis is not such a surprise occurring in SK.
