Well he's not Jimmy Carr, but he's spot on. War Inc. is having wet dreams all day long as this War spills on. A never ending, ever wending, constant spending bonanza paying off in like a crazed slot machine--and so conveniently in Ukraine, the Nigeria of Europe as far as corruption.
