Newark has admitted that its officials fell victim to a hoax, which involved them becoming a “sister city” with an Indian nation that was actually made up. In a Hulu-doc-worthy ordeal, the city held a signing ceremony on January 12th to commemorate its partnership with the “United States of Kailasa.”

Not sure when the last time you were in Newark, but much of it is a shit hole. However, there seemed to be a fair amount of revitalization and I'm sure (like most larger cities) there are some incredibly cool areas.
Was there in Feb with TWIS Jr for a hockey game and we tooled around town for bit as we had some spare time.
