I urge you to read it. It’s a doozy.
I have no idea if it is true or not. Got to wait for a trial and all. I presume New York state law has the equivalent of FRCP 11. So someone’s ass is on the hook for the allegations if not true.
The plaintiff appears to have a lot of evidence that corroborates her claims, at least according to what is in the Complaint. Rudy is cast as a drunken horn dog. That I can buy. She is cast as a powerful professional, who while vulnerable, found herself on her knees etc. waiting for deferred payments. Maybe I’ll buy into that at some point in time. Seems like two shitty humans found themselves immeshed together. Go figure.
One of the highlights of the Complaint is that it features a photo from a Borat (Sasha Cohen) flick, where Rudy was depicted as a horn dog. So good.
The leaks from discovery during this shit show should be most entertaining. I personally hope it goes to a televised trial.

You may want read some of it, especially the beginning. I read about 1/2 so far. She has texts, recordings (Rudy allegedly allowed her to record everything), emails, etc.
