We’ve been getting about an hour or two each day starting at about 2:00 pm. It’s actually starting to come out right now, and it’s not even 1:00. In a couple of months we’ll probably be looking back fondly at this weather.

Males have a tendency to wander a little bit. And what you want to do is make a home so wonderful he doesn’t want to wander
- Pat Robertson
He was not wrong about this one.
When a man commits adultery, I look at both the husband
and the wife, because in most cases,
both of them have gone afoul, imo.
The man has gone over the line, yes, and he should not do so.
That said, men want two basic things.
1. Sex
2. Peace at home
Men are actually very easy.
Women have a penchant for stirring up unnecessary drama.
Men don't dig that.
And then when it also isn't happening in the bedroom, well, it is a problem.
And a man wants/needs his sex, regardless, so guess what he is likely to do?

Hitler and I both love(d) dogs, but I’m neither a Nazi nor do I want to dominate the world!
Robertson was an asshole. I don’t want my views imposed on anyone. I do wish women (and men) would utilize birth control methods other than abortion.

That is a horrible analogy because liking dogs is not a political stance. In case you can’t tell my whole point is you are also being an asshole buy vilifying trans people.

Nope.
I merely noted the two basic things that men, generally speaking, want.
If these two basics are reasonably met, a man is generally pretty willing to flow with a lot of other ideas a woman has in mind.
When a man's home is not a peaceful place, and sex isn't happening, it's going to be a problem.
Reality 101.

- Pat Robertson
That is what I commented on.
What we generally hear when a man is caught cheating is, "Ohh, bad man. How dare he? Poor wife."
The wife is seen as the victim, as your simple mind immediately declared.
The woman is not, imo, immediately the victim.
lol
It is not that simple.
If one is able to look more closely at the husband/wife relationship, they will find that in most cases, imo, when the man cheats, the woman has also gone afoul in some way(s) leading up to the man actually committing adultery.

You might already be one. Did you think, even for a minute, that the person about to cheat owes it to their partner to communicate their displeasure and if no agreement can be reached, leave their partner instead of cheating? You are one fucked up soul.

In my first post.
A man should not commit adultery.

I excused him?
No.
A man should not make that choice, and I would never advise it.
YOU immediately excuse a woman (victim) who has been cheated on.
I laff at that.
Oprah, The View, and women's magazines approve of your perspective.

If a man commits adultery, it means the relationship is failing.
In a
relationship,
two people are involved.
I don't automatically assume that the woman is the saint, just because the man has made this very bad decision.
A
lot of decisions, by both people, have been made prior to the man making his bad one.

I disagree with Kierland on many issues.
And I also don't care that much for his posting style, a lot of the time.
That said, I give him great credit for being able to look at, and digest, flat earth information.
It shows that he has a mind that is far more flexible than your average Joe.
