We were at the Cardinals game last night. They were doing the "pride night" which they caved to the pressure several years ago. Thing is, there was exactly ZERO anything alphabet mafia related the whole game! They did a pregame interview with some representative from a local alphabet mafia chapter looking for new recruits but that was it. And we saw just a handful of rainbow logo wearing fans the whole time too. It was wonderful not seeing all that especially when other stadiums (i.e. Denver, San Francisco) would have made it a full night event. Thank God they made a bigger deal about Youth in Sports because that was the other theme for the night.

My 6 year old got to walk around the warning track with his team and his coach prior to the game.... along with about 2500 kids and coaches as well of all little league levels in our area.

So props to the Cardinals for keeping "pride night" to an absolute minimum mostly to keep the alphabet mafia representatives at bay. You would not have been able to tell it was "pride night" at all. Only one other MLB team continues to resist and that is the Texas Rangers.

Of the verses/passages I cited, it is my wish for people to read 1Corinthians 6:9-11, and pay attention to verse 11.

I’d like to see where it’s mentioned in the 10 Commandments or anywhere in Jesus’s teachings. There’s a lot of crap in the Old Testament that’s completely irrelevant to today’s world. I love the way many “Christians” pick and choose parts of the Bible to justify their abhorrent behavior and conveniently ignore the parts they don’t like.

Jesus is God, and He spoke about this in the OT in Deuteronomy 22:5 and Leviticus 18:22 (and elsewhere).

When God came to us in human form (Jesus), He verified His intention (given in Genesis 1:27-28) that there are men and there are women.
Men and women are to procreate.

That doesn’t mean He was prohibiting other activities. The fifth commandment says to honor your father and mother. Does that prohibit you from honoring your sister and brother?
