this weekend for the Power Trip festival. Maiden and GnR last night, already have
some great stuff posted. Priest w/ ACDC tonight followed by TOOL & Metallica tomorrow
night. I would give my left nut to be there, but damn the luck .... nuts are not valid
currency for tix.

Lots of good college ball on today, and none better than MIZZOU vs LSU for me.
Chip, your boys are going DOWN! I will have the tv in the shop tuned in and hope
to not miss a play.

Fall has finally arrived in FOC. I have 4 chuck roasts that will be hitting the smoker
soon for some EPCOT chili, and I plan to end this evening with a cold one or two
around the fire pit.

I purposely avoided mentioning TnT last week. They have received way more hype
than warranted, but it is what it is. I had a feeling some needle dick here would
chime in at some point though, and I was correct after perusing a few threads of the
Cul de Smack front page this week. Typical, bitch ass, righty.

Just got back from our morning walk. 3/4 mile out and 3/4 back. Uphill both ways.

Getting ready for my weekly Saturday trip to the flatlands to the farmers market and Costco. Then back here and probably watch some CFB. The weather's been in the 90s here all week so we're getting some end of season time in the pool and the spa just about every afternoon. You can feel fall coming because the nights are getting down into the 50s.

About to go out and start raking/picking up leaves in the yard. Except for CFB, I fucking detest the fall season. Fuck your pumpkin spice. Fuck your fall leaf color. Fuck your comfy sweaters. Fuck your pumpkin picking tractor rides at the local farmer's market. Fuck your cornstalks tied to your lampost. Fuck your flannel-shirted, family photos next to a wagon with pumpkins on it. If you like fall... fuck you. Fuck your kids too if they are in those pics.

Ken is suffering from a case of the Mondays.

Headed to Six Flags Fright Fest soon, hopefully get into the Oktoberfest area for some good German brews.

Every day in the fall is a Monday to me. It steals my free time after work and on the weekends. Further, if you have a fucking dog in your fall family photo, fuck it also. I don't just dislike dogs in fall photos... I just dislike dogs and the overwhelming dog-centric movement over the past 5 years or so.

People who hate dogs generally have a personality flaw.
