I just bought a share of DJT (Trump Media &Technology Group), which hit the NASDAQ this morning, for $75.32. OK so I lost $5.66 in the first 10 minutes, but I’m not worried. This company is going places. They only lost $49 million last year on revenue of $3 million. Plus the largest shareholder is the world’s greatest businessman. What’s not to like? Me and all the smart MAGAs (yes there are some) - we’re going to rake in $billions on this. I should be able to retire twice by October when I can sell my share.

I may have to re-read that one next. It’s been many years. Right now I’m reading “Blood Meridian” by Cormac McCarthy. It’s a bit of a slog and his style takes a while to get used to, but I’m determined.

I’ve never been a day trader either, but this might make it an even better shorting opportunity. Remember, the underlying company for this stock has basically zero actual value. He says he’s not going to sell, prompting a bunch of gullible dumbass MAGAts to buy in, pumping up the price so someone else can sell and make some $$. This doesn’t mean he won’t actually sell a lot or even all of his shares. It just pumps up the value for when he actually dumps it and giving it even farther to fall when he does. These “meme” stocks are all about manipulation and the opportunity for the manipulators to prey on the ignorant sheep.

So I'm wrong, yet again.
