She's a generational player.
One thing for sure, a huge missed opportunity to grow women's basketball.

Team chemistry, I guess. Like Isiah being left off the Dream Team. Except that Caitlin is a (relatively) better player and a more sympathetic figure (among certain demographics).

She’s got the name recognition and public following but unproven in the WNBA. Shooting low percentage on probably the worst team in the league. And apparently she was playing in the NCAA tournament while the Olympic tryouts were happening. They would have had to make an exception to put her on the team. I’ve heard that she’s fine with this but if you want to make a big deal out of it and blame it on Biden and the liberals go ahead. I’m sure that if Trump were in the White House she’d be on the team.
