However,

We have audio of Schiff on the phone with what he thought was a Russian Oligarch, discussing secret classified information that he was trying to use against the president of the United States.
THAT'S the very definition of espionage, treason, etc....etc.....etc.......

He willingly tried to collude with Russian oligarchs, to take down the president of the United States.
How wasn't he arrested, indicted and hung for high treason?
