Louisiana is now the first state to allow surgical castration to be used as a punishment for sex crimes under a new law signed by Republican Gov. Jeff Landry.

Now let’s get 49 more states to enact similar legislation. Child molestors don’t change. Fuck them all.

Thank Sen. Regina Barrow (D - Baton Rouge). This has been a cause she's worked on for several years, and it finally made it thru this year.

There's no Commandment that says "Thou shalt not cut somebody's balls off." So I guess it's OK.

Tell her she’s made a friend in Alabama. I may see if there’s any interest in pushing that here. She’s a hero.

I wonder if this law might be applied retroactively to politicians holding high office. They should pass it in New York too.

Every state should enact a similar statute. Applying it retroactively would be great. Get ‘em all.

Are you immune if it's part of an "official act?"

Perhaps we will find out whether this current SCOTUS considers it cruel and unusual punishment.

Exactly. Be careful what you incentivize.

Assuming Buffalo Jill gets refused reassignment surgery at Johns Hopkins so instead they/them take a steamer down to Cajun country and treat themself to a nice going away present. Maybe this is what the leftists truly want?

Maybe. But what if the accused shifts in the saddle. Is it gender affirming care?
