I thought that Ellen Musk and SpaceX were leaving California

Well, I guess Ellen moved to Texas but SpaceX just got approved by the Coastal Commission for 36 annual launches from Vandenberg, with additional environmental safeguards to protect some very sensitive areas. Of course SpaceX and "Space Force" (that name still cracks me up) claim that the state Commission has no authority there. What a shocker. For a while there I was hoping he'd pick up his launch toys and move with them to his "Starbase" near Brownsville, TX, where he's repeatedly violated Texas state environmental regulations.
