...which is a crime. And in the process, one of his goons assaults a cemetery employee who tried to uphold the law. What a revolting pile of human excrement.
Not only did Dump want to do an endzone celebration on the graves of soldiers who died in the Afghanistan evacuation but he wanted to use his appearance for political advertising. As degenerative POS Rooster likes to say "You got him now!" Which is exactly the problem.
There is no bottom. There is nothing that Dump can do that his lowlife supporters won't endorse. Fuck you all.

Huge props and respect to StrawMan's uncle.
As for the orange cancer, apparently the families are ok with him, and I'm grateful for that. This is yet another example of him not knowing how to act like a normal human being. No doubt he will say and do something else weird soon.

There are no specific restrictions covering Section 60. There are restrictions (covering all of ANC as well as other Army national cemeteries) regarding photography related to political activity as well as other things w/o permission from ANC unless it is for personal use (this is why people are allowed to take pics of the Kennedy graves).
And your WAB argument falls flat when one considers that this is a pic of the CinC, taken in April/2021. The next election after this photo was taken is the one we'll be voting in in this November. Thus, Biden wasn't part of an active political campaign.

Extremely weak. As CNC, honoring our nation’s fallen warriors is seen as a legitimate, in fact almost required, function of the office. Even if it were illegal Biden would be immune, according to the recent SCOTUS decision. Trump, as a private citizen and candidate for office, has no reason to be there other than political activity and should be charged with a crime.

When are any of you going to post the statute that makes it a felony for Trump to have his picture taken at Arlington at the request of a deceased soldier’s family?
