President Biden plans to write a book after leaving office, the White House confirmed to Axios, giving him an opportunity to try and shape the narrative around his presidency and the tumultuous weeks leading to his historic withdrawal from the 2024 race.
Why it matters: If the book project comes to fruition, it will be a chance for Biden to lay out, in full, his views on what he accomplished and why he handled the 2024 cycle the way he did.

Celebrating the exit of the corrupt and dangerous Biden presidency doesn't mean I’m a Trump ass-kisser. Yes, I look forward to some of his policies being implemented, but he’s a seriously flawed mess, too.
In spite of Trump’s weirdness, life is going to be much better for every American than it’s been the last four years.

During a one-on-one meeting, Speaker Johnson asked President Biden why he paused LNG exports to Europe, says Biden was completely unaware he had done so.
The United States hasn't had a president for four years.
Johnson says Biden was completely unaware of an executive order he signed. The comments from Johnson came during an interview with Bari Weiss.
Johnson said after fighting for 9 weeks with Biden's staff, he was finally able to get a meeting with the president.
When he arrived, Johnson says he was "ambushed" by Kamala Harris, Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries.
Biden, who apparently didn't know what was going on, asked the others to leave so he could meet privately with Johnson.
"It occurred to me he was not lying to me. He genuinely did not know what he had signed. I walked outta that meeting with fear and loathing because I thought, 'We are in serious trouble.'"
Executive orders Biden doesn't know he signed, Constitutional Amendments Joe ratified in his head, 10K pardons. This administration is rolling down the hill in neutral. It can't end soon enough.

Biden hasn't done anything. He has dementia. His wife, DOCTOR Jill Biden has been signing so many things using his name that she argued for and earned her own entrance theme, 'Fanfare for the First Lady'.
I don't know what her real relationship is to crackhead Hunter. Is she annoyed by his fuckups? Is he doing exactly what she tells him to do? Are they equal conspirators in the abuse of both an old man and a german shepherd puppy?
I don't know. But I do know Biden wasn't running this country, and didn't even run his 2020 campaign. Someone really hated him to allow him to go out like this.
