We had a strong contingent of Cal Alumni here in 2016 during the pipeline protests. Does that count? They skeedaddled when their tents blew away to Manitoba.

Phil Jackson may not technically qualify as “black” but spending most of his life either playing or coaching in the NBA should at least get him an honorary seat at the table.
