It's not like they can Western Union the cash to a Fallujah 7-11. Common sense would tell you that it's tougher to get $$ in than bodies.

Well, if an Egyptian AK-47 costs $150 in Iraq, you might purchase one from an Iraqi gaurdsman at half the price.

$27,000 dollars is quite a bit of money.
