The basic concept is that every registered voter who actually goes to the trouble of voting will be entered in a random drawing for $1 million. The money will come from unclaimed lottery prizes and private donations. Seems kinda sad that it's come to this to get people to vote, but I could see it working. I'll be curious to see if it actually gets enough signatures to get on the ballot. Or if it's even legal, for that matter...

I'm thinking that if Poli_Tards were forced to do what they say they would do if elected, eventually more non_voting folk would see the logic in voting.
As it now stands, voting is up there with supporting phone scams and such.

Elections should come with warnings.
