Phantom Game Service - your thoughts?

Anyone heard of this Phantom Game Service? What are your thoughts on this? Will it be a success or flop?

I could see it getting some decent use. There are some wierd issues surrounding this company though. First of all, they have been talking about this console for a while and the guy that runs it has had some major flops in the past.
Anyway, I think the fact that it plays PC games in a console style makes this an interesting console. I think the monthly service is kind of expensive but the fact that the system itself is relatively inexpensive with compared to buying a $1000 computer, it might be worth it. Of course its annoying that the system probably cannot be updated so as newer games come out, it may not be able to play them.
