Someone must have confused Mike Keenan with Mike Milbury when they came up with that rumour...

Montreal definately wants Theo and his family to leave town, but that's why they drafted the goalie this year. They'll trade Theo if it looks like they are going to miss the playoffs or in Theo's contract year.

Yes I heard about this rumor last week I don't recall where but never took it seriously. I would love to see Luongo with the Habs and see mafiaboy choker Theo out of here but it won't happen anytime soon. I also would hate to see Ryder go.

There are also rumors about a possible future trade between TB and Montreal involving Theo and Lecavalier...

Got that backwards.. Burke supposedly has signed or will sign with the Penguins.

Cujo's agent was on the radio here this morning and said he did talk with Tampa about Cujo playing there should they not be able to resign the Bulin Wall.
That's as far as talks have gone with Tampa and Cujo as of this morning though.

Veteran goaltender Sean Burke has been plucked from the free agent list, signing a two year contract with the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Fuck... it appears I was the one that had it backwards.

Guess that rules out any Belfour to Tampa trade rumours

he can't play defense, but he can move the puck and is adequate offensively from d position, PP, etc

but horrible defensively
