Thanks for everything....I'm OUT.

Yeah, we've had some laughs I'm sure, and there are definitely some dumbfucks here.
Now it's time I turn the page on this episode in my life, seeing as though I have made some decisions in my life (partially "faith based"...settle down, idiots) that probably won't allow me to hang with you mongoloids anymore. Suffice to say, I'm putting my money were my mouth is.
I'm putting up instead of shutting up.
This is hard for me, but I know I'll always have the great memories of running tards, and yes, being run. You all know me as Martyred, and I've always been Martyred. I've never trolled under any other nic, save my previous incarnation on SCIII/ Hostboard as Special Kid.
I've always tried to use humour as much as contraversy while stirring the smack stew, and I'd like to possibly be remembered as someone who wasn't entirely unreadable.
Now I'd like to make some acknowledgements.
Firstly, the folks who made this place worth visiting, and brought something, and who I genuinely enjoyed interacting with...

Everyone else is beneath my contempt, and can go swallow a couple of 5.56's, and don't call me in the morning. Unless I forgot you, then I'm sorry.
I regret I never met any of you, as I think we'd actually have some laughs in real life.
(I might surprise you!)
You all be cool, and remember, beyond the smack, we're just good friends.
My faith in God shall comfort me, and I wish hapiness to you and your families.
Peace.....

Venezueela is the second most northern country in Sout America. It is just slightly double the size of the state of California. It's two most predonimnent geographical features are the Andes Mountains and the Maracaibo Lowlands. It borders three independent seperate countries to the south, east, and west, and also borders the Carribean and
North Atlantic ocean. It's most predominant natural resource is Petro but also has large reserves of Natural Gas, Iron Ore, and Diamonds (I think I am leaving something out here but it is't cocaine or coffee). The countries world famous Angel Falls is the world's highest water Falls (and extremly beautiful by the way but Niagra it is not). It has a tropical climate for the most part but for part of the year the high altitude areas are very moderate.
I can't spell for shit but I competed in the national Geography Bee in D.C. when I was younger.

As much of you might hate to admit it (as I do), every board needs someone like Marty. Though I rarely, if ever, agreed with him, his responses were always well thought out in the ways that they supported his warped views, and he had the ability to make you think about your opinion a bit, even if it was clear that you were right.
I'm not surprised that I made your list of people you enjoyed yakking with, as I'm pretty much the easiest person on the planet to troll.
Good luck, dude.

Say it ain't so Marty...As has already been eluded to, you best not reply to Marty without doing your homework. A different point of view for sure, but presented intelligently.
I'm not ashamed to admit I was a poor match for Marty's knowledge of events and history outside the U.S. of A. Nontheless, I enjoyed the challenge.
Best to ya Marty..

After the Canucks are in their boxes. And the Frogs have all gone to bed.
You can hear happiness in the Spin Zone and on Main Street.
Martyred is dead.
And the wind whispers, Marty.
A Jew is happily sweeping
Up the broken pieces of martyreds gripes.
Somewhere a Phibes is weeping,
Somewhere ChargerMike has no life.
And the wind cries, Marty.
The Spin Zone threads turn pro Jew tomorrow
And shine their happiness about Martyred
He thinks he'll be remembered as being somewhat readable
but telling him that is a voice in his head.
And the wind screams, Marty.
Will the boards ever remember
The posters it has blown off in the past?
But no not Marty, or Guy Fawkes with his gaydom
Will be recalled except as "WGARA"?
And the wind cries, Marty.

For nearly a week now Ms. Jean and her husband have been under fire over claims from hard-line separatists that they are sympathetic to their cause. The controversy began with an article in Le Québécois, the voice of the province's sovereignty watchdogs, that said Ms. Jean had been "soaking for ages in the sovereigntist atmosphere that characterizes her intellectual circle."
The magazine then unearthed quotations by Ms. Jean and Mr. Lafond from a book he wrote in 1993. In it he says "I applaud with both hands" Quebec independence and promises to be at "all St. Jean [Baptiste] parades."
The quotations were taken from Mr. Lafond's book, La manière nègre. It is a companion piece to his 1991 documentary of the same name, which examines independence struggles in Quebec and various Caribbean nations such as Martinique and Haiti.
In the movie, Ms. Jean is featured at a Montreal bar with key hard-line separatists.
PMO communications director Scott Reid Wrote:
Mr. Lafond "is not a separatist, nor has ever been a participant in the sovereigntist movement."

Dropout Rate hits 32% in Ontario
Tuesday, August 16, 2005 8:04 PM
The Ontario Government is considering lowering curriculum expectations to cut the province's high school dropout rate.
Ontario's dropout rate soared to 32 per cent in 2003-2004.
Education Minister Gerard Kennedy is also asking Ontario's elementary school teachers to work with troubled students early to help lower the dropout rate.
Kennedy says the dropout rate soared because of the tougher new curriculum brought in when Grade 13 was eliminated.
The Ontario Government wants teachers to help ensure students with problems are identified and helped by the age of 12.

At least the Liberals are doing something constructive rather than push kids out the door so that they don't have to pay teachers to educate..

OTTAWA --
An Ontario Liberal MP says he's been getting an earful from voters in his riding over the appointment of Michaelle Jean as Canada's new governor general."I'm hearing a lot," said Roger Gallaway. "Some are (angry), some are just, shall I say, disappointed."
Gallaway, who admits he doesn't know anything about the alleged separatist leanings of the former Quebec CBC-TV host, is critical of the way the appointment was handled by the Prime Minister's Office.
He said that since the 1950s, the appointment of a governor general has been based, in part, on the person having a discernible record of public service, either through the military or elected office.
"Now, we're reaching into the bag of celebrities in a sort of strange and perverse sense," Gallaway said in an interview yesterday. "It's like flipping through the Quebec version of People magazine and saying, 'Oh, here's an interesting person,' and that's all it's about."
The veteran Grit reserves most of his criticism for inexperienced advisers around Prime Minister Paul Martin.
"What we have now is a bunch of people in these (PMO) positions who have no understanding of history or of (the) constitutional role," he complained. "They have not adhered to the precedents of selection of a governor general ... and have got themselves into trouble. And it's unfortunate (Jean) is caught in this crossfire."
Gallaway suggested PMs who have selected people with known public records have seldom run into the kind of trouble encountered by Martin's recent choice.
The editors of the separatist Quebec newspaper that first raised the allegations about Jean and her husband said the affair exposed the "amateurism and incompetence" of the appointment process for the post.
Gallaway, who admits he doesn't know anything about the alleged separatist leanings of the former Quebec CBC-TV host

Lowering standards so the kids can pass. Brilliant. As I posted earlier, all this will do is increase the number of Liberal voters. No wonder they are considering this.

Gee Hap.. you don't see the logic in making it a bit easier to handle an overloaded curriculum that was forced onto kids so your precious Conservitards could keep playing their shell game of claiming a balanced budget, which it never was, all at the expense of reducing the number of teachers, education funding. You don't understand that keeping kids in school so that at least they can graduate instead of dropping out and leaching off of unemployment, welfare or worse, ending up on the streets isn't a better plan?
So what do you propose to do about that 33% dropout rate Einstein?
Fire more teachers?
