heard this again on the local college station. both will play some euro shows and festivals. Bauhaus might go to the studio for their first record in 25 years or so.

Bryan Ferry has to be a million years old.

It'd be cool so long as Peter didn't drop any of his solo sweetest drops.

I'll have to go into the basement and dig up some Bauhaus tapes from one of the three monstrous Rubbermaid tubs full of tapes.

I'd be down for some slow-me-down Indigo Eyes. Memories of tabs and all nighters on the beach and whatsuch.

Seeing that av of yours, I'd think you would be more into "Cuts You Up"!

It would be strange to hear Pete sing some Love and Rockets tunes.

I'm surprised you haven't mentioned the new Big Star album yet. I've heard it's pretty bad, but that's to be expected, eh?

yeah, well. so be it. the guys from the Posies do a nice job on that Live at Missouri record. i won't go out of my way to hear the new one. Chilton's sarcastic vocal stylings (outside the old Memphis R&B covers) make some of his solo stuff cloying. i did like the High Priest/feudalist tarts/no sex reissue-- the combo of lost Memphis R&B covers and sarcasm seemed fresh then--some of the others from the late 90's are listenable but hardly great.

Bauhaus was at Coachella. I plan on catching them again in October. BTW, the Stooges are playing Bumbershoot this year.

I wonder if Peter Murphy will sing any Love And Rockets tunes. :P
