"We'll beat the Eagles"

Philly has too much on their plate besides playing football. Money, attitude, and EGO's. We're going into Philly, eat their Philly Steaks, drink all their beer, and have fun with their women makin' them NINER Fans and mamas.
2-0 BABY!! The Philly EGOS are gonna go down.

Everyone here said that, when we went against the best Offense in the NFC....

You haven't gone against the best defense in the NFC though... Maybe Barlow can do better than 14 for 22 and 1 TD. Rattay will be on his ass all day...

I'm certainly not an Eagles fan, and I hope the Niners beat them Sunday. But what's with Ninersfan talking smack all of the sudden? This just in, Montana and Rice don't play for your team anymore.
If my math is right the Niners are 3-14 in their last 17 games, so how abouts winning a few more games before running smack? Enjoy the only week all season the Niners will be in 1st place.

You like the rest... ain't too smart....
All the Niners that were injured last year...were on the NFC Championship team... that played against the Buc's Super Bowl winning team!!!
Plus, we've been stacking up 1st rounders and free agents, with a much better coaching staff...
Nolan... was the mine behind the Ravens D!!!
Start using your brain... and it'll all come together tard!
P.S. We had 7 sacks on Sunday.... against one of the best O lines in football.

Are you ready to play a real defense now?

I'm sure Philly will be real laid back this week. I mean they're only looking at a possible 0-2 start. Joe Banner's intern will have country club practices and the Eagles will be flat as hell.

All I'm saying is it's ONE game. Remember how the Bills beat the Pats 31-0 on opening day a few years back? How did that season turn out for them?

From the looks of Monday's game against the Falcons, McNabb may be on his ass all day as well.

McNabb admitted he held onto the ball too long and didn't run when he should have. He'll put up 300 yards against the swiss-cheese secondary of the 49ers..

I'm not doubting the Eagles will win this game. It just seemed to me that their blitz protection was awful last night.

It was. The O Line was bad.

Unless some 49ers players can bait the Eagles into another pregame brawl and get McNabb, Owens or Westbrook ejected...the Eagles should win this by double digits at least.

Double digits at least? You think they might pull off a triple digit victory margin?

Donovan could be out of 9ers Game
Which is a drag, since I would have liked to see what kind of road kill we would have made out of him...
Ask the Rams, which have one of the best O Lines in the NFL, what they think of the New Niners D...
The Niners lead the NFL with 7 sacks and held Stephen Jackson to 60 yards rushing
With Rat coming up huge...

Mike Nolan Interview
I just finished listening to the interview on KNBR
He said he recieved a lot of calls after the game including Bill Walsh who was very happy and Chris Berman.
As far as the Eagles, his message to them was that we are coming to Philly PREPARED
Rollin with Nolan!!!!
