This game confused me. I used to think Tennessee was overrated. Now I'm thinking LSU is. Va Tech is loving life tonight.

LSU had to do one of two things in the second half. Play offense or defense. They did neither.

And while we're at it, what's the deal with Tennecheat's away unis (all white, not the ones worn last night)? All the numbers and lettering are outlined in black but then no black on the helmet. Fucking horrendous. Makes me want to puke.

LSU use to wear white every home game but the NCAA made a rules change that said the visiting team must wear white a while back ago and reversed it sometime in the early 90s.

LSU is the reason why they reversed the rule. I think LSU played their first white home uni game of the new era versus Auburn in 1995

Edit: After doing research I dont know if the ncaa ever had a rule on it.

Since the home team gets first pick on uniforms, that isnt exactly an option.

I could be wrong but I think a team or two has done that to them.
