(!) we've lost a legend (!)
This is really hard to believe, and just like with Michael Jackson and Princess Diana, years from now people will talk about where they were when they heard the news: Dakota Skye has died.
For those of you wanting to do a proper 21 load salute, here is her Pornhub page, but I suspect it is real busy now with millions of people working on their tributes.
She was a talented performer, and who could forget her efforts in Everything Butt 36785, Sorority Car Wash, Waitress POV: Dakota Skye, Dakota Skye Is In A Lot Of Trouble, and of course Anal Nymphos Anal Legends 4.
Gone but never forgotten

Kinda seems fitting she likely had her ticket punched by the same thing as Floyd.

That’s what a third grader (see BrokenPsyche) would say. An adult would have an actual response.
Go ahead and explain how it’s ok to let these nazti fuckers off the hook Steven.

That POS cop certainly didn’t do Floyd any favors. He could and should have rendered medical help sooner than happened, but he gets the assist on this one. Fentanyl did the killing.Screw_Michigan wrote:Homicide by cop?smackaholic wrote: ↑Sat Jun 12, 2021 2:40 pm Kinda seems fitting she likely had her ticket punched by the same thing as Floyd.
This is yet another example of why we need to shut down the alleged war on drugs. Legalize, tax and regulate every last bit of it.
When I consume my drug of choice, typically an IPA or shot of Bourbon, I know exactly what I’m getting. Illegal drug users should have the same right.
Doesn’t mean they won’t still kill themselves. Plenty alcohol drinkers do, but damn, let’s give them a chance.
Trouble is it would put too many lawyers judges and prison guards out of work.

Nothing but bipartisanship and diversity in the midget’s dome.
It’s the great melting pot where we all unite in our hatred/pity of that sorry sack of shit.

Just make shit up nazti. Dude die from drugs and then the cop was railroaded. Dump was screwed out of his second win. C02 is good for the environment. What else you got? George Floyd doesn't die unless Derek Chauvin kneels on his neck for 9+ minutes. Good to see you remain an immoral human.smackaholic wrote: ↑Sat Jun 12, 2021 4:41 pm That POS cop certainly didn’t do Floyd any favors. Re: (!) we've lost a legend (!)
Floyd had sufficient Fentanyl in his system to kill him.
Would he have died if Chauvin had spent the 8:46 administering medical care rather than sitting on him?
Who knows?
What we do know is Floyd laid on the ground with that asshole on his neck crying “I can’t breave “ for part of it, till he lost consciousness.
Know who says that?
Some who can breath.
If Floyd was a healthy person with less than a lethal dose of drugs in his system, then yes, a reasonable person could say he murdered him.
But hat wasn’t the case.
I think Chauvin should have went down for assault and maybe even some level of manslaughter for withholding medical treatment. But murder isn’t proven here.
And I suspect in the end, he walks on the murder charge. Partly due to the facts of the case, partly due to assholes like Maxine Waters running her mouth.

Fukk off, midget. No one here gives the slightest of fukks about you.

Re: (!) we've lost a legend (!)
Fentanyl takes 15-30 minutes to take effect. If he had a lethal dose in him at the time of his apprehension, he wouldn't have been walking around trying to pass off allegedly fake currency. If he took it in the presence of Chauvin, it wouldn't have had enough time to kick in. Autopsy report showed amount of fentanyl in his system was less than lethal amount.smackaholic wrote: ↑Sat Jun 12, 2021 8:15 pmFloyd had sufficient Fentanyl in his system to kill him.
Bottom line: You're spewing bullshit, as usualm.Dr Tobin, an intensive care doctor, said that Mr Floyd's breathing did not slow down enough for the painkiller to have been a factor in his total loss of oxygen.
Forensic toxicologist Daniel Isenschmid, whose laboratory tested Mr Floyd's blood and urine samples following his death, said there was evidence that some of the fentanyl had metabolised, meaning that an overdose was less likely.
Obviously it was to the 12 people who mattered. Of course, to you it wasn't since your mind was made up before any evidence was presented and no amount of clear evidence would've changed your mind. Because Fox News told you what to think.murder isn’t proven here.

Re: (!) we've lost a legend (!)
I had read somewhere that he had 3x the amount needed to OD.
Doesn’t exclude Chauvin for being a douche.
If he did in fact have a lower than lethal dose, then perhaps that dumb fukk was even dumber than I thought.
How could anyone possibly be that fukking stupid?

And I wasn’t in the court room so I am sort of talking out my ass.
But this whole thing still stinks.
If he did in fact put his knee into his neck for 8 plus minutes, he is dumb beyond belief.
But then, dumb beyond belief is kinda common. Just look what we’ve been choosing for leaders as of late.
The thing that bugs me the most about this trial was the pressure put on the jurors. They knew damn well that if they didn’t hang that fukkin’ idiot, they’d be in danger and the country would burn….some more.
It ain’t supposed to work that way.

Re: (!) we've lost a legend (!)
Of course you had. And I'm certain it was a credible source.
Did you watch the trial? Obviously not. The OL watched nearly all of it. I watched most of the medical testimony. Dr. Tobin, who was called by the prosecution, was not paid for his testimony. The "expert" witnesses for the defense were paid thousands. Dr. Tobin, in my opinion and in that of anyone who was paying attention, was an incredibly effective, reliable, and believable witness who came extremely well-prepared despite not receiving a dime. The defense tried their damnedest to repudiate and invalidate his testimony but were unable to make a dent. The defense "experts," otoh, got carved up like a Christmas ham on cross examination, primarily by having their own testimony used against them. If it were a Little League game, it would have been mercy ruled. If it were a NASCAR race, the prosecution lapped the defense. To put in terms even you might be able to understand (though I wouldn't bet on it), it wasn't even close. Which is why it took the jury so little time to reach their verdict.
The OL's brother retired from a sheriff's office and her dad was a volunteer policeman. She is very pro-cop and tends to lean more in your direction in cases such as Chauvin's than she does mine. As I was watching with her, despite the evidence being so damning, I said to her a few times that I wouldn't be surprised if the jury acquitted or was hung, primarily because juries historically side with cops, especially when the defendant is Black and the area in which the crime occurred is primarily white, such as Minneapolis. She said there's no way the verdict could be anything but guilty on all counts because of overwhelming preponderance of evidence. Again, she is pro-police, but even she knew there was no way he could walk. And she was right.
But again, as you've clearly shown in this case and with regard to the last general election, evidence does not matter to you. I'd suggest educating yourself before making yourself look foolish again and again, but that won't help because you shun facts.
