Recently I made a seafood gumbo that could have been a nice PET over two days. Maybe next time.

Holidays are coming up, definitely will be some good cooking happening soon

I’d love to see that. I have a few staples that I make from scratch that end up with enough for four to six meals for two and are very freezable. They make a quick and easy meal with an added salad or other side. I’ll start posting some of them here.
