Mass casualty event on Bourbon Street

There's been a mass murder/terrorism kind of attack on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. A truck plowed into a crowd, after which the driver exchanged gunfire with the police. At the time I'm posting this, there doesn't seem to be word yet about any description of the driver. (Probably Asian) Is poptart still in Houston?

The initial casualty count is 10 dead plus 30 injured.

1- Duh. Open border. Inviting hundreds, if not thousands, of terrorists in. Records show people on terrorist watch lists were/are a daily occurrence at the border. There is no way of knowing how many got through…and continue to enter. Biden and the Democratic party have exhibited a complete disregard for the security of America.
