Really? A newborn is a criminal?

What crime did he commit?
Not a criminal. Just not a citizen. The parents are criminals.

Since you guys are all about The Constitution these days, care to link me up to the part where it delegates feeding kids at school to the feds?

I can find the part where it says the government shall not infringe on the right to be armed.

As for other ways for the feds to see to it that people do not starve to death, I'll stick with the 10th Amendment says "not our yob, mang", but if it is our yob, maybe we issue vouchers that limit purchases to non-shit food.

Of course, Big Food can't have anyone telling (insert racist stereotype female name here) that she can't buy doritos and coke for her little bastards.

This area is where RFK Jr is dead on. Imagine if we had a system where a Snator spent less time fighting for cheap insulin and more time fighting to keep people off insulin. If you do not have Type 1 diabetes, needing insulin is due, primarily to poor life choices.

No, it's not. I know someone with T2 diabetes that is reliant on medications to keep his blood/sugar levels normal. Exercise & died doesn't always control blood/sugar levels.

I'm not saying that it's the only factor. Picking the right parents certainly helps with all aspects of health. I would present The Orange Hitler as a prime example of someone with freakishly good genes. Dude runs on cheeseburgers and diet cokes, apparently. But he has the energy of an over sugared 6 year old.

But when it comes to people who are not T1 diabetes, the overwhelming majority, and quite possibly all of them would not be on insulin if they took proper care of themselves,

The simple reason is helping all Americans helps black Americans. Since black Americans don't deserve anything, but Brown vs the Board of Education exists, everybody else has to suffer until 'Separate but Equal' officially becomes the de jure law of the land again.

Until then, our money gets sent to Greater Israel to create a jewish resort on the Dead Sea as a front for jewish control of the oil recently found off the coast of Gaza which should belong to Palestinians. Ethnically cleansing Gazs doesn't benefit Americans. It benefits the same people General Grant kicked out with General Order 11 (because he was sick of their lies, manipulations and terrorism). And those are the people who control AIPAC, who control our government, who control the USAID money laundering scam.

Feed the kids. It's cheap.

Limit SNAP benefits to healthy foods. Its also cheap. (I agree with you on this one).

No more building up other countries until our own is built up, even if that means ADOS benefit.

Thank you, but I can't decipher this, sir. Some of the amounts are negative numbers. Why would that be so?

The price went way up from that since the author of "The Art Of The Deal" paid $130,000 each for two hookers....

He over-paid. At least it was his money instead of USAids.

It needs to be legalized, anyway. Whores and boy whores should pay their fair share in taxes like everyone else.

SCOTUS heard oral arguments in the Trump v. CASA, Inc. case today. One of the issues presented (and the question presented is not explicitly defined in this case) is whether universal (nationwide) injunctions, in general, exceed the Article III authority of the courts to issue. The merits of the case relate to Trump's EO on birthright citizenship. But that is not really what was discussed. Interesting listen/read:

Trump is going to lose bigly, I think.

The stoopid in the last two posts is very strong but not surprising considering the depth of analysis the authors undertake before rushing to their keyboards to clack out another failure. Have you two even taken the time to read the Executive Order that is at issue in the case? Because I still think you are redeemable if you just put in some effort, here is a link: https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential ... tizenship/

The straw man you are whiffing at is, as usual, a big fat progressive lie. The EO only applies in two situations:

(1) when that person’s mother was unlawfully present in the United States and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth, or

(2) when that person’s mother’s presence in the United States was lawful but temporary, and the person’s father was not a United States citizen or lawful permanent resident at the time of said person’s birth.

And it only applies to persons who are born within the United States after 30 days from the date of the EO.

One of the keys is "domicile" (i.e., permanent residency). That was the touchstone of the prior precedent. Read up. Soil the board less.
