LA Times article.

Television reporter Carolyn Hughes, co-host of the Dodger pregame and postgame shows on FSN West 2, has been off the air for about two weeks as FSN executives investigate her relationship with Dodger Derek Lowe. Trinka Lowe, the Dodger pitcher's wife of seven years, alleged an improper relationship between her husband and Hughes in phone messages left for FSN executives.

But Trinka did some snooping and found Hughes' number in Derek's cell phone under the name "Jeff.''

When Lowe came to LA I heard from a Sox fan that they guy was the biggest infidel in MLB. What a shock. Hughes was getting banged by Shaq when he was with the Lakers. She's also been with a host of other athletes in this town. She's not too bright thinking that this is going to turn into something. Does she think this guy is going to be faithful. She thinks she's in love. She was also in love with Shaq and wanted to go on road trips with the Lakers. Lowe's wife confronted Hughes and went off. She also went off in the Dodgers parking lot. FSN is in a spot because they don't have any freaking clue as to how to handle the situation.

As for Lowe’s wife, how much is Lowe’s net worth now? (I don’t expect you to know the exact number but stick with me here…)

How much will Lowe’s net worth be in 5-10 years? I have a pretty good guess that it will increase as long as he's balling and not buying a new Escalade and pimping it out every other month (see NBA forum).

So, the slunt really doesn’t care about the infidelity so much as she does staying married to Lowe while his career is still going on. Add that to the fact they most likely have a pre-nup where she won’t get shit and there you have another reason for her to want to stay married. As for the kids, why cut and run after one kid when 3 will bring you MUCH more child support (which will undoubtedly not 100% go towards raising the kids unless new tits to lure another man in for some candy counts).
