Who wants to make odds on them not buying out if the game in South Bend is even competitive? The Seer wrote:Jimmy Medalions wrote:Would ND have two games in LA in the same year? Which one is at the Rose Bowl?

I've read that sober and drunk and still can't figure out what you want.
Try English.

If I were speaking I would do it slowly so you might be able to comprehend; if UCLA gives Notre Dame a competitive game in South Bend I have serious doubts to wheather or not they will be in Los Angeles to face UCLA the next year.

Bullshit. They will play that game, regardless. The only game they have changed was the Miami (OH) game to start the season in '97 to get Ga. Tech for the re-dedication game.SunCoastSooner wrote: If I were speaking I would do it slowly so you might be able to comprehend; if UCLA gives Notre Dame a competitive game in South Bend I have serious doubts to wheather or not they will be in Los Angeles to face UCLA the next year.
And I would assume that UCLA would replace Stanford on the schedule those two years and it would work (re: SC) the same way as it does now.

So says the Notre Dame fan. Forgive me if I take your opinion with a grain of salt. ;)Killian wrote:Bullshit. We've had this debate before. A return game wasn't scheduled with Oklahoma and if it was and ND cancled, for any reason, there is no press release that I can find from Notre Dame, nor you can find from Oklahoma. I don't think ND was ducking anyone at that time. They played Nebraska at home the next year. So the thought that they bought out Oklahoma because they were afraid to play them is simply wrong.SunCoastSooner wrote:So says the Notre Dame fan. If that's humor, strange.
If that's true, stranger.
Enough type. Let's play.
