From what I have read pretty uneventful the team practiced in the bubble (indoor facility) and few fans got to see anything.
Day 2 had a little more drama as they practiced outside for the first time. Qbs spent a lot of time throwing to the receivers (wow, what a concept) and the receivers spent a lot of time actually catching the ball. From what I have read the two best receivers by far are Jordan Shipley and Quan Cosby who after spending the last four years in baseball has decided to give football a try.

i'm sure the real answer is "nowhere as good Cal's".

I'm pretty sure my team's first day didn't start out with the coach saying "guys, we need to forget about Texas Tech".RadioFan wrote:King Crimson wrote:i'm sure the real answer is "nowhere as good Cal's".

"Gassers" are sprints up and down the upper deck.By Chadd Cripe
The Idaho Statesman
The Boise State football team put on shoulder pads Wednesday for the first time during fall camp.
Veterans practiced in the morning; newcomers and select veterans are scheduled to practice in the afternoon.
Players wore helmets only for the first two days of camp. They’ll be in helmets and shoulder pads again Thursday, and switch to full pads Friday.
On Friday, the team will come together for a morning practice.
The newcomers — including playmaking wideout Jeremy Childs, three defensive backs with a chance to play as true freshmen and junior-college transfer Dennis Ellis at defensive end — have shown glimpses of why the Broncos recruited them during the first two days.
Childs always seems to get open. He caught 22 touchdown passes last season at Los Alamitos High in California.
In Wednesday’s veteran practice, punter/kicker Kyle Stringer impressed teammates with booming punts that topped out at 4.91 seconds of hang time.
He and junior-college transfer Anthony Montgomery also nailed field goals from outside 45 yards to cut down how many “gassers” the team had to run after practice.

Don't they play the Sun Bowl on December 30th?
