Re: Call your shots..the 2005-06 NFL season.
As everyone has been saying every year they lose... "The window has closed"... "their time has passed"... Yadda yadda yadda. Even with their injuries- they are still the team to beat in the NFC- their defense alone proves that. As long as we have the Axeman in the middle, our sick secondary (only secondary better in football today is Baltimore) and Jim Johnson- they will def finish above 10 wins- my prediciton is 12-4Cuda wrote:Philly shot their load last year. A slightly legitimate argument may be possible for Dallas- not much of one... but if any team in the East has a chance to upset the Birds- its them. But the Giants? Cuda- you really need to lay off the chronic- its rotting your brain man!!!

WTF is Philly playing?
Whoever said that. 8-8? Bwahahahahahahaha.
I fucking hate 'em but you gotta be retarded (or stoned...yea!) to predict a mediocre outcome on a schedule like that. Just about everyone that is worth a shit outside of conference has to go to Philly. They're destined to get their ass kicked in the Title game at home though...just like old times.

Wow- this is the worst take I've seen yet. The skins first in the divison? A good frined of mine is Huge skins fan and even he knows they stand no chance. They downgraded their recieving game by getting rid of Coles for Moss. They have no real passing threat in the wings now- so will allow teams to stack the box against the run. Gibbs has not modernized his game- and unless he does- that offense will not get going. Granted having Jansen back is going to help the line- but no that much. This statement will bite you in the ass Cuda. Ray-Ray never covers receivers in the flat and he doesn't horse collar tackle anyone, so rules changes make no difference. Moss did quite alright in 2003 when he had a QB capable of throwing a deep ball. Or maybe you don't think 1100 yards and 10 TDs is any good.BBMarley wrote:Yeah- how many years ago? Nope, the Steelers made the right move in keeping Ward. Now they just need to pay him. Plexico can enjoy his stay in Camp Caughlin and the rest of his shitty ass career.

Pop, no prob with the Atl. pick but do you really think the Texans fall that badly?

No

And if I had I sure wouldn't be placing (19-10) undue emphasis on it. I'll (19-10) leave that type of hysterical myopia to Cowboy fans (19-10) and m2.
Oh, btw

I see the Texans being just about as good as they were last year.
2nd - 4th in that division looks like a bit of a crap-shoot to me.
I decided to go with the Jags 2nd, and I like Jeff Fischer and think he'll make something out of not much in Tennessee......at least enough to have them on par with the Texans.
I see the Texans somewhere between 7-9 and 9-7.

"Our staff is going to ensure that anyone who attends this University and wears the Indiana uniform will make this privilege among their highest priorities and not treat the opportunity as an entitlement,'' Crean said in a statement. "We fully expect our student-athletes to accept the responsibilities academically, athletically and socially that come with representing one of the top programs in college basketball history."

NFC team on the rise - I'd say Carolina but they fell flat more due to injuries than anything else last season so I'll go with Chicago.
AFC Championship - Denver at Patriots
NFC Championship - St. Louis at Carolina
