FSU is now DOWN to I-AA Citadel 10-3. You have to be kidding me. Its a freaking home game. I am sure they will come back and score 30 points but this is just plain embarrassing. You have to dump the nepotistic loser.

Rex shut the fuck up. It was onlt that close b/c we turned the ball over 3 times in the red zone, in the 1st half. FSU is gonna win the ACC. You heard it here first. It starts w/ BC next week.

Exactly. Because turning the ball over 3 times in the red zone versus DIAA Citadel is a good sign for a team beginning its ACC schedule.

Hangover......come on....you are better than that. Miami hangover? Your offense managed 10 pts vs Miami and you followed it up with a massive 13 pts in the first half against a D-IAA team. Please. You should have wiped the field with them. Why did you need a half-time speech to get you going?

Let me repeat it for you....D-IAA. If you disagree(because I am a Gator) then ask your other peers in here and see what they say about going down 10-3 vs D-IAA team with 2 minutes left in the first half means.

Trex perhaps you would'nt get hammered in here so much if you were able to elaberate on what your team is doing as oppossed to the short comings of your rivals.

I get hammered when I bring up a valid point and people don't like the implications....IE...the Big 12 is overrated year in and year out, USC's schedule appears weak, very weak, etc. I deal with it because I am usually proven right.

Florida has been greasing the engine for Tennessee next Saturday. Its at the Swamp, Gameday will be there.....the season starts then. UF scored six TDs and ran the clock out on Tech's 16 yard line. Urban could have easily scored but ran the clock out instead. He is a classy guy. Marcus Madsen is going to be a complete bad ass. Chad Jackson already is. Leak is well.....Leak. UF's defense has been phenomenal. UT has studs on D everywhewre. It will be a great game.

Thanks for the advice. Now, let me ask again, why would FSU be down 10-3 to the Citadel......no, even better.....why would FSU only be winning 13-10 at the half against a D-IAA team?

Jeff Bowden is just lame, the number of coaches that would get as much or more out of FSU talent is HUGE. I'd bet there are some Div2 OC's that could get it done just as well or better. Bobby needs to forget what Jeff's last name is and do what is best for the team. Quality defense and talent alone will ensure winning seasons but when the standard is MNC's then you will come up short every time.

No Dan...its a Miami hangover. That's all. It was Chris Rix's fault not Jeff's. It was......some Noles, including Papa Bowden, don't want to admit that Jeff is not the guy for teh job and replacing Mark Richt hasn't been easy.

Come on trex, quit going gator. Any one who has ever played knows how tough it is to get back up 4 days later for an inferior opponent after such a huge win against Miami. Citadel was a sandwhich game ( defined as a lame opponent that you tend to overlook in between 2 meaning ful games, ie., Miami. CITADEL, Boston College. Hence the name "sandwhich".

And if can't smack your number one rival(UF-FSU, Texas-OU, Michigan-OSU, etc) because their offense sucks and FSU was losing 10-3 to a D-IAA team, then who the hell are you supposed to smack? Sorry brah, but it is VALID and make all the excuses you want....until your Saint Bobby makes the change, FSU is a 3-4 loss team with Jeff at the offensive helm. There will be games that FSU just out-talents teams but against the tougher competition(Miami, Florida, NCST, VATECH), it will cost you some games.

So, either change your tampon or admit Jeff Bowden sucks....regardless, keep the respect psycho-babble bullshit to yourself. Don't need it.

This isn't even worth arguing. ANYone in here will tell you there is a HUGE drop-off between I-A and I-AA. So, I am not sure what you are trying to say. You racked up 170 yards vs a D-IA team and then over 600 yards vs a D-IAA team. Uh, ever heard the word skewed? Look it up and get back to me. Thanks.

It's probably only going to get worse for the crocs now that the schedule will tighten up.

I don't have to agree with your opinion that everthing is skewed or even entertain it for that matter. No dodging here, stats are stats and statistically, our passing offense is averaging more yds than the crocs.
