mp3 favor to ask?

Post by indyfrisco »

I got a request from a friend to get a song. I don’t have access to hardly anything here at work. Can someone do the dirty work for me?

I was asked to get a song form the movie Frequency by Garth Brooks. It was called When You Come Back To Me or something like that.

A link to the song would be great. Of course, I most likely wouldn’t be able to pull from a music site but I’d appreciate any help.

Thanks.

I seriously doubt Greedy Brooks would allow any of his stuff to be offered for free. Dude had a conniption fit over his albums being sold in used CD stores several years ago - because he wasn't getting money from people buying his USED albums. (Basically, he wanted money every time a CD of his changed owners). I'd suggest trying amazon.com and seeing if they have it for free on their downloads page.

Maybe that's why his albums aren't on yourmusic.com which is where I get most of my music. All CDs are only 5.99 with free shipping.

Have you checked mp3search.ru? Songs are 10¢ apiece.

By the way, what is a good mp3 download tool? I haven't used any since Napster first came out, and I'm too lazy to look through all the history here.

limewire

but I prefer the bittorrent tool Bitlord. the search on the website torrentspy.. then download whole albums. or collections or whatever. the quality is much better than just mp3's (or so Im told ;) )
