Why, cause I am propping up my team when they are doing well? It'd be diff if i was being myopiac and FSU was getting their ass kicked.

cicero: Didn't BC lose their starting QB in the 3rd quarter? That offense is fucking terrible.

Our offense was hard to watch....again. Until midway through the third quarter when Drew caught fire with the 4 WR sets. 13-16 with 155 yds in one quarter of work was pretty good, hopefully they found something....

On the other hand. UF's offense was just unbelievable

Chris Leak = 179 yds passing for the game with no touchdowns. That's what I call "Player of the Game"

Urban...he's such an offensive guru. You guys are going to struggle when the Noles come calling.

Good points-
Drew, though still showing signs of fresman like errors in passing, is definately coming together. He had alot of off target throws but he had alot of drops. When he had to suck it up on the road he did. This get will only get better the question is will it be fast enough to contend this year.
Carr- wqhat else needs to be said if you have seen him play.
Defense sacking up and adjustments made to slow down and bring to a halt the pounding BC was giving them. 7 tries from inside the 5 at the end of the game By BC and no points. Not bad for A D that was getting ripped earlier in the game. I do admit that BC would have scored if that kid would'nt have dropped the give me.
Special teams play. another blocked punt.
Fresh man growing up quick especially at wide outs.

The bad- Chris Davis is a slot reciever at best. He is under sized and inconsistent at catching the ball. Does'nt have the game break ability as he has been advertised.
O line needs alot of work on pass protection and run blocking.
OC took way to long to make adjustments. He should have started keeping backs in way earlier to help on pass protection.
If I see that sweep to the short side of the field again Im going to find Jeff Bowden and fight him.
Drop balls are killing us. Got to make those easy catches especially when Drew is struggling.

The spearing call on AJ, the interference call on BC where Rouse clearly fumbled the ball while fielding a punt, and the fumble by Booker at the 1 were some of the worst calls I have seen.

Bob Davie is easily the biggest broadcast booth bitch I have ever heard.

The near future-Feeling pretty good about being 3-0 at this point.Only the road trip to Virginia scares me in the next 5 games. Hopefully this team will continue to improve and be ready for a brutal finish to the season- on the road at Clemson then Florida and hope fully the ACC title game.
Fuck the ACLU. It will always be Merry Christmas to me.

props to the Noles for taking care of bizness, but in response to the thread title:

and the last time that beating BC meant something was when?
""On a lonely planet spinning its way toward damnation amid the fear and despair of a broken human race, who is left to fight for all that is good and pure and gets you smashed for under a fiver? Yes, it's the surprising adventures of me, Sir Digby Chicken-Caesar!"

King , The last time beating BC for FSU was last night. It showed FSU that they could go on the road with a green QB and win. On a national title scale you are right that a win over BC ( except for the 93 Notre Dame team) is of little significance . But it was huge for a FSU team thats trying to regain legitimacy as a national title contender.

Outside of their usual dominance in some mid-tier bowl BC is nothing special, it says a lot that you have to go back to so far to find a major BC win. Once they lost their qb the game was over. But FSU did clear a hurdle and is still undefeated, props on that.

Huh? We just beat the number 5 team in the nation. Tenn has studs all that defense. UF's defense IS unbelievable. It's funny how you say we will struggle when your offense looks like absolute crap. Keep your lol emoticons to your own sideline. Thanks.

All I want to know is just how someone goes about buttfucking someone in the mouth or how someone gets buttfucked in the mouth. I can't figure it out.

I was very impressed by FSU's win against BC. I think BC is a solid team, well-coached with a lot of talent. I felt sure, once they were up, that the Eagles would win. Props to FSU, they've won two tough early games.

Please refresh my memory...does the ACC have a conference title game this year?

Yeah, the game is in Jacksonville...and I have no clue what buttfucking in the mouth means?

Nolesy,
Thanks for the tape! Good analysis of the game too. I can't believe how the announcer bitch blasted XL about not looking ready to go into the game if needed...I thought it was pretty harsh.

We have to catch better. For a moment I thought Talman Gardner was out there...Rouse, Owens, Davis...they all dropped.

What can you say about AJ Nicholson last night??? OMG...17 freaking tackles (16 solo) and two interceptions. He dominated the game. And another thing...Buster Davis better watch is back because Sam is playing lights out this year. McGrew has been impressive so far.

Cannot be happier that someone on the FSU team is smart enough to include Greg Carr in the gameplan. Thank God he grey shirted!!!

Carr is a stud. I am pleased w/ the play of our young WRs to this point. I just want our offense to show up in the first half of games, so our Def can stay off the field more.
